Home Health Clinical Manager

Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice in Southwest Washington State is currently recruiting a Home Health Clinical Manager. This position is responsible for the management and supervision of skilled nursing, home health aide and social work staff. Responsibilities include hiring, orienting, training, disciplining, supervising and terminating. Work is accomplished by consultation with staff and direct observation of skills. Primary responsibility is to assess quality of patient care, address training needs of staff and assure documentation of care is appropriate. The Manager is responsible for ensuring the provision of comprehensive quality care following state licensing and Medicare Certification Regulations. Work is supervised by the Director of Home Health through daily contact, reports and verbal briefings.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred, or Associate's Degree in nursing required. Experience in home health and/or hospice preferred. A minimum of three years experience in an acute care facility or home health agency required. Demonstrate ability to supervise. With at least one year of recent supervisory experience necessary in a health care setting. Must have current Washington State nursing license, Washington State driver's license, current CPR and Mantoux test (TB). Requires reliable insured transportation.
