Responsibilities include:
RIGHT HAND TO TALENTED GENERAL MANAGER!
Hands on management of the Hotel's Human Resource department
Utilizing experience in motivating and dealing effectively with all Managers, Supervisors, and staff
Employee relations, problem resolution, and coach counseling sessions
Implement General Manager and Hotel Companies exceptional HR Standards
Maintain employee records, administer benefits, oversee computerized payroll, and ensure compliance with all state, federal and company HR guidelines
Conduct employee orientation and on-going training programs
Recruiting employees
Hold managers accountable for the HR Function in their departments
Effectively Communicate & Coordinate with other Hotel Departments
Conduct employee team building and motivational programs
Strive to continually raise Employee and Guest Satisfaction Scores
Execute and follow through will all General Manager directives
Utilize your awareness of hotel operations
Work with, learn, and grow with exceptional corporate Human Resource professionals

REQUIREMENTS
>>>>......A Talented HOTEL Human Resource professional with at least two PLUS years experience in overseeing the successful operation of a professional hotel human resource department in the position of Human Resource Director/Human Resource Manager, or Human Resource Specialist, or Human Resource Generalist, or Assistant Director of Human Resources from a very large hotel

In addition, a qualified candidate will possess:
