The General Manager is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives focused on driving revenues, guest and associate satisfaction and hands on approach.
Marriott/Hilton experience preferred. REQUIREMENTS


*Hotel management experience as a General Manager
* Excellent management and leadership capabilities
* Group sales experience
* Strong Revenue Management skills
* Food & Beverage knowledge
Position will be responsible for supervising/managing/overseeing the following departments: Guest Service, Housekeeping, Maintenance & Food and Beverage.
Requires a minimum of 3 year(s) of experience.

Technical Requirements:
Track record improving market leading properties.
Track record improving yield and building volume.
Consistently exceed revenue and guest expectations.
Applicants must be US Citizens or have a Green card.

Managerial Requirements:
Written and verbal communication skills.
Build morale and spirit.

Experience communicating, training, and managing multi-lingual staffs.
