GENERAL MANAGER

GENERAL MANAGER A premiere company on the South East Coast is currently looking for a General Manager to direct one of their magnificent ocean front properties through strong leadership and team building. The ideal candidate must have held senior leadership positions with multi-departmental work responsibilities, proven track record of consistently achieving financial results, demonstrated ability in attracting, developing and retaining key talent as well as a proven track record of membership, marketing and/or sales management within a private club setting. 5+ years high end private Country Club Management experience required, Bachelors degree in business, marketing or hospitality management preferred. Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Excel and Word along with point of sales systems and payroll management.
