Your progression into our management team begins as a Front Counter Zone Manager responsible for hospitality within the restaurant. From there, you move to the position of Drive-Thru Zone Manager responsible for service, profit and labor. And you round out your training as a Grill Zone Manager with a focus on restaurant production. And each step of our career ladder is accompanied by your involvement in a structured training program…geared to maximize your professional growth and long-term success. When you’re ready…you get it all…as a Restaurant Manager with total responsibility for a multi-million dollar business! And that’s not all…our Restaurant Managers can move on to the position of Ops Expert, Ops Supervisor…and eventually, maybe, even CEO!!! The challenges are immense! The pay-off is even greater! And the hands-on experience you'll get is unlike anything...anywhere!

And...McDonald's is currently the only restaurant organization to be recognized by the American Council on Education, (ACE), for our restaurant management curriculum. In fact, your participation in our training programs can earn you up to 46 college credits towards your 2-year or 4-year degree programs!
REQUIREMENTS
If you're energetic and goal-oriented…if you have a passion for working with people and the desire to take ownership of a business with amazing potential… take a look at us. We require a stable history of solid work experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic, strong communication skills, a results-orientation and the ability to succeed. Experience in the hospitality/retail environment or in a management or supervisory capacity is a plus as is some college. An open/flexible schedule, as well as reliable transportation, is required.
Starting wages $10.93 per hour (27,000 annually), depending upon experience, plus bonus.
