Food and Beverage Director

Casino Executive Search, LLC, has been retained by one of our valued clients to identify a qualified candidate for the position of: Assistant General Manager.

Oversees all aspects of all Operating Departments, F&B, and Hotel.
Sets operational goals and monitors achievement of performance profit objectives.
Performs the duties of the General Manager in his/her absence.
Controls and directs the daily activities of all departments.
Confers with the General Manager to develop broad operational policies.
Oversees and recommends all events, marketing strategies, and promotions pertaining to reporting departments.
Evaluates operations and makes recommendations and/or adjustments as needed.
Promotes positive guest relations and resolves guest complaints.
Conducts departmental meetings on an established basis.
Develops and administers the appropriate departmental budgets and procedure forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS
Required:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Knowledge of hotel operations, food and beverage, and operating departments is essential.
Must possess exceptional communication, organization, motivation, computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) and management skills.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or the work equivalent preferred.
Previous management experience in a service or Hotel industry preferred.
