About the Opportunity:

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a dynamic four year old plus company looking to double its size in the next 18 months. If you have a culinary background, previous Executive Chef experience in either a business dining or fine dining establishment, and have proven record of providing an exceptional dining experience, this position is for you!

Responsibilities:
•Ensuring excellent levels of service and product quality as well as customer and client satisfaction
•Ability to prepare high quality food within required production schedule and sanitation standards
•Be a significant part of a management team that directs and supports food production in a $1 Million operation
•Works With and Utilizes Corporate and Clinical Support Staff
•Thorough understanding of safety and sanitation standards
REQUIREMENTS
min 3-4 years experience

Job Requirements:
•3+ years experience as an Executive Chef in either an upscale business dining operation or in a fine dining establishment. Former garde manager a plus!!
•Culinary degree from Johnson & Wales, Culinary Institute of America or other culinary institutions preferred
•Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered as well.
•Professional image and appearance with exceptional attention to detail
•Experience managing and training a diverse team
•Ability to maintain relations with other client departments and clinical services
•Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
•Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to details!!
