Espresso Bar Assistant Manager

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible individuals for our Espresso Bar at Nordstrom Annapolis Mall to fill the position of ESPRESSO BAR ASSISTANT MANAGER.
This is a Manager-in-Training (MIT) role.Qualified candidates MUST have a MINIMUM, CURRENT 1+ year Coffee Bar Manager &/or Restaurant Manager experience, and live in the Annapolis metro area, required.As the Assistant Manager of a Nordstrom Specialty Coffee Operation, you are responsible for every aspect of the overall day-to-day operation of the business. This includes Customer Service, Team Performance & Development, Facility Management, Inventory Control and achieving the company’s Financial Goals.
