McKibbon Hotel Management, Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales for four Marriott brand hotels along the I65 corridor, for a total of 420 rooms. The Residence Inn by Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, TownePlace Suites by Marriott and Fairfield Inn by Marriott hotels located in Mobile, AL.

Candidates must have the direct sales experience to research and seek out corporate, leisure and extended stay guests through saturation and maintenance of existing accounts. Candidates must also have the skill and ability to creatively uncover new business and obtain appointments to book and close deals.

REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of three years sales experience and knowledge of the Mobile market preferred. Candidates must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, and possess the ability to work closely with various leadership team members.
