Director The Springs of Clifton

The Springs of Clifton, a nationally recognized medical spa located on the campus of Clifton Springs Hospital in Clifton Springs, NY, is seeking a Director. This position will have direct responsibility for the operations of the spa. Major services include naturopathic evaluations, acupuncture, massage therapy, chiropractic care, cosmetology, mineral baths and herbal medicine. Reporting to the President & CEO of Clifton Springs Hospital, the Director will provide direction and management of all operational and financial activities of The Springs. This will include supervision of staff, planning, budgeting, profit and loss (P&L) accountability, maintenance of quality and service standards, day-to-day operations, strategic planning and program development/growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience in spa management or other hospitality related business. Experience running a full service spa with multiple treatment modalities and rooms Knowledge of current trends in the medical spa industry Demonstrated track record of financial results in growth oriented environment Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, Business or similar discipline; Master’s Degree preferred Past program accreditation and experience in the actual delivery of spa services is preferred Knowledge of retail sales Proven track record in recruiting, motivating and retaining service staff High level of energy and enthusiasm with a passion for the business Knowledge or experience with holistic and integrative approaches to fitness and wellness Personable and involved to afford networking opportunities with other health care professionals including physicians and allied health To apply, please send resume and salary requirements: Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic ATTN: Employment Specialist Human Resources Department 2 Coulter Road Clifton Springs, New York 14432 FAX:315-462-1327 [Click here for email]
