Director, Resort Operations (Northern Region) - Factoria, WA

POSITION SUMMARY:

Oversees regional resort operations including financial management, guest satisfaction, employee relations, and quality standards.





ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include percentage of time spent on each duty/responsibility and categorize from highest to lowest percentage. This is not inclusive of all duties, just the essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned.

10 % Monitor guest satisfaction through comment cards, shopper reports and owner correspondence, devising strategies to maximize scores.



10 %Conduct quarterly site inspections using WorldMark Resort Operating Standards.



10 % Financial management, including budget preparation, monthly and annual plan reviews and resort expense approvals as required.

10 %Oversee resort staff development through existing training programs and by devising and implementing specialized training programs.

10 % Support all phases of Product Enhancement from budget design to project completion.

10 %

5 % Ensure all resort hiring, discipline and termination is based on WorldMark policies and legally defensible methods.
