Dining Room Manager - St. Charles, IL - Business Services

As a Dining Room Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations of 2 dining rooms. Specifically assists the Dining Room Director in establishing and maintaining systems and procedures for the serving of food and related products, as well as room layout and displays. You will assist in department staffing forecast and budget analysis. The Dining Room Manager ensures that requirements for appropriate quality and performance levels are met. Coordinates and supervises unit personnel regarding labor scheduling, staffing and employee training.

Job Requirements
Ideal candidates will possess educational achievement equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Institutions Management, Foods and Nutrition or other related fields, plus a minimum of 1 to 3 years relevant experience (years of experience is greater for larger unit assignments). Ability to communicate effectively with clients, client's customers, and support staff. Ability to respond effectively to changing demands. Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
