Tasks would include but not be limited to dusting, vacuuming, cleaning walls, wood, glass, pictures and bac pacing carpets and furniture. According to periodic maintenance schedule shampoo and extract carpets, scrub floors, clean lights, vents, speaker covers and ceilings using a ladder or lift. Use equipment and supplies properly. Clean and maintain equipment and follow established chemical procedures. Report maintenance problems immediately. Follow all safety and Lost and Found procedures and guidelines for energy conservation. Follow established key control procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
No prior experience is required
Good communication skills and the desire to assist guests is required
Continuous standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crawling and working in difficult positions
OTHER FUNCTIONS Perform other duties as assigned.
