4)Ensure the proper rotation, labeling and dating of all products.
5)Use the proper utensils and portions at all times
6)Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized.
7)Keep management informed of food quantities and quality.
8)Assist other positions when needed
9)Perform all opening and closing procedures as indicated

B.At end of shift, consolidates, wraps, and date sticker food items informing Managers of inventory information.

Working Conditions
Usual--- Lifts and carries sacks and cases of up to 70 lbs places these items on high shelves and in walk-in freezers.Frequent bending and stooping.Works indoors.Works frequently in a hot and damp environmentUses hands 99% of the time.Stands, moves and walks all of 6-8 hour shift.
