REQUIREMENTS
Must have basic sanitation knowledge & knowledge of temperatures.

Must have basic knife skills & good organizational skills.

Responsibilities include: preparing hot and cold food for restaurant and catering functions to Marriott standards.

Must be able to read menus & follow recipes.
