We are 100 years young and expanding greater than ever before. Based in the heart of New York's Times Square, we operate concierge and tour desks in 23 of New York City's leading hotels to assist their guests in enjoying New York to the fullest!



Job Description: Concierge / Hotel Sales


In your role as hotel sales agent or concierge, you will use your sales intuition to establish what the guests needs are and use your sales skills to sell those needs to the guest. The best part is that they WANT what you are selling! Some of our products include theatre tickets, sightseeing tours and restaurant reservations. To be a top performer in this business, you need to be confident, tenacious, proactive, intuitive, outgoing and a person of INTEGRITY.
REQUIREMENTS
Concierge / Hotel Sales


Hospitality experience of some kind is a plus and we will provide full training in our product line for outstanding candidates, and many opening positions exist due to our growth. Any additional language spoken are also a plus.


Please understand that we operate 365 days a year and you may be called upon to work some holidays, weekends and evenings. In return, you will enjoy a fun and exciting career with the leader in the industry.


Requirements:

At least one year of sales and/or hospitality experience
Knowledge of NYC and the surrounding area.
