Cocktail Server

Cocktail Servers provide pleasant, efficient alcohol and non-alcoholic beverage service to customers in the Poker Room, Off Track Betting, High Limits Room,cocktail lounges, and slot floor. This position if for the graveyard shift working from 2 am to 10 am.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Candidate will be required to undergo and successfully pass background investigation conducted by the San Manuel Gaming Commission to obtain and maintain a Class "A" Gaming License.Required to obtain a Current Food Handler Card or Serv Safe certificate. (may be issued by San Manuel).Negative TB Test results required.
