COMPENSATION
Management salaries are competitive and are determined at the time of hire.

401(K)
Any employee over 21 years old and employed for at least 6 months is eligible to enroll in our 401(K) plan.
May deduct 1% - 15% of Paycheck
Employer matching contributions up to 3% of the paycheck (up to $1500 per calendar year).
Employee is fully vested after 4 years of service.

MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Our Manager-in-Training (MIT) program is extensive and includes training in all functions of the restaurant
Therefore, candidates from all levels of experience are selected for training.

As an MIT you can expect to be placed right in the middle of the action in one of our high volume operations.

You will be given manuals, hands-on-training with qualified personnel and the opportunity to demonstrate what you have learned as you go.
Training may last 12-16 weeks and is customized to the MIT's needs.
Your coach will be available throughout training as a source of information and direction.
