CULINARY FIELD SPECIALIST

After completing a minimum 6 month "tour of duty", the Culinary Field Specialist will be eligible for promotion to Kitchen Manager at one on our 150 Flying J sites.
After promotion to Kitchen manager in a location, get results and receive additional quarterly cash bonuses.Job Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's Degree, preferably from a major culinary/hospitality program
3 to 5 years of experience in full service Casual Dining, Family Dining or Buffet.
QSR experience is a plus
Passion for excellence and results to prove it
Builder and Leader of successful teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
