Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

OTO Development, LLC is a rapidly growing developer and operator of hotel properties across the U.S. With ten properties under construction and an additional 40 sites under development, the company plans to build over $1 Billion in hotel projects, working with leading companies such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and Starwood. In support of these plans for growth, the company seeks an experienced IT professional to support operations and staff across multiple locations. The Business Systems Analyst will support existing technology and will research and implement future technology solutions based on current and anticipated business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Typical duties will include supporting Microsoft Solomon and SharePoint systems; Crystal Report writing; documenting work; consulting with management, users and developers to support and implement business technology solutions; providing support for local and remote users; working with vendors and contract developers; purchasing IT equipment as needed; tracking software and licensing. In addition, the Business Systems Analyst will provide support for the company's web site as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
IT systems and software experience typically acquired in four or more years work history in the field
Experience integrating accounting and project management systems for purchasing, coding, document flow, general ledger and tracking project costs
Support and administration of Microsoft Office Suite with Outlook / Exchange
Microsoft Solomon
Microsoft Business Portal and SharePoint Services
Crystal Reports
Document Management
Ability to work independently and with others
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Experience with the following is desired:
SQL Server 2000
Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
Extranet / Web Portal
Technical Writing experience
