Ensure timely, courteous, and well organized rotation of bellmen. Organize the arrival and departure system at the bell desk including baggage acceptance, handling, and storage. Accept and dispatch bellman services, message delivery, and other guest service requests. Responsible for handling and coordinating service requirements through bell captain on duty. Orient guests to Hotel features and facilities. Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Good communication skills required. Strong organizational skill needed.
Valid drivers license required.
Six months experience in Hotel or related industry with working knowledge of valet parking, guest relations, front desk and reservation procedures.
