Baker

The Food and Beverage Baker prepares bread, rolls, muffins, pies, cakes and desserts according to recipes. Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake. Works closely with the Chef to develop new pastry items for all revenue centers.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class "A" Gaming License. Must possess a High school diploma; two years recent related experience; a solid background in the kitchen, be creative and an effective trainer / teacher and have excellent interpersonal skills. This is a high volume, multi unit food operation that requires a proactive innovative personality. Must be self-motivated and computer literate. Must have a valid California driver's license. This position may require occasional travel due to Food Shows, extended training/certification etc. Current and negative TB Test required and Current Food Handler's and/or Food Management Certificate.
