DESCRIPTION:
Fieldhouse Sports Tavern & Grill is seeking an Assistant General Manager for its Crystal, Minnesota location.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:Responsible for managing store employees varying in position, servers, host and hostesses, bussers, etc.Store P&L responsibilityRestaurant facilities and operations responsibilityFront of the house supervisionOrdering and inventory managementStaff team building

Managing the restaurant involves financial, marketing and operation know-how; as well as a talent for team building. Strong leadership skills will be displayed through customer service practices, successful staffing and retention, team building and achieving restaurant goals.
REQUIREMENTS
FOH Manager Requirements:
At least 2 years restaurant management experienceFront of the house experience (kitchen management alone not adequate)Ability to work in high pressure, high volume environmentAbility to work a flexible schedule, must be available to work nights and weekendsMust monitor and maintain high standards of food, service and hygiene, ensuring our required standards of customer care are metMust budget to ensure maximum profitability to the operation, achieving the set profit and loss targetsSalary is commensurate with experienceMust be able to schedule, review and discipline employees
