Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job responsibility is to assist the Restaurant Manager in all of the following activities: lead and promote great customer service; daily restaurant operations including the ordering and inventory of food, equipment and supplies; routine maintenance and upkeep of the equipment and facility; achieve and surpass sales, profitability and business goals; hire, train, develop and supervise 15 to 20 team members; maintain and enhance the Company’s reputation in the community.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Qualifications: previous restaurant management experience; demonstrated leadership skills; excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; accurate and detail oriented; ability to work in a fast paced environment where time management and multi-tasking are required; basic knowledge of PC functions and a valid driver’s license.
Physical requirements: stand for entire shift; lift up to 20 lbs; bend, reach, twist and grip regularly.
