Assistant Manager - Multi Family

Vintage Realty Company is seeking a Multi Family Assistant Manager for a new Class A Community in Shreveport.

Job Duties:
On-site rent collections
Leasing apartments
Maintain the highest level of customer service standards in order to respond to resident requests and resolve problems and complaints
Must promote the company's vision, demonstrating courteous communication & customer relations skills
Adheres to all company personnel, accounting, maintenance, and purchasing policies and procedures
Assist the Community Manager with the hiring, managing and directing the career development of the staff

REQUIREMENTS
The successful Assistant Manager candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with the Community Manager.
2 years of apartment management experience
Computer literate
Excellent Communication skills
Marketing savvy and leadership, team building skills
Collections experience would be helpful
