Kingsgate Resoirts has an immediate opening for an Assistant Maintenance Manager for our 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM shift, the primary responsibiliites of this position is to supervise and oversee the night operations in our Maintenance Department.
REQUIREMENTS

Five Years experience in maintenance, construction, renovation and supervision
Three years HVAC, electrical, plumbing, budgeting , and large scale purchasing
High School Diploma or equivalent, with one year of technical training
License and state certifications are a must
Basic computer skills
Strong leadership abilities, excellent organizationl skills
Ability to respond quickly and decisively in emergency situations and work well under pressure.
Demonstrate good judgement when dealing with guests, owners, and ability to communicate effectively with employers, management, owners and guest.
