Duties include:
Manage day to day operations of housekeeping department.
Evaluate human resources needs.
Hire and train personnel.
Provide leadership and direction to housekeeping staff.
Responsible for daily quality control programs.
Maintain budget compliance.
Maintain good working relationship with facility personnel.

Relocation flexibility is preferable, but there are circumstances where candidates can be hired to fill local vacancies within California only.
REQUIREMENTS
One year management experience.
One year customer service experience.
Solid working knowledge of computer software applications.
Developed written and communication skills.
Stable work history with verifiable references.
College degree is preferred, but not necessary.

Experienced level management requires minimum three years industry specific experience or other related industry.
