POSITION AVAILABLE - ACCOUNTS COORDINATOROur Dynamic Internet marketing firm is looking for an Accounts Coordinator with a passion for the travel industry and the Internet. The position will be responsible for assisting our Client Services Managers on the day to day management of accounts.HIGHLIGHTS OF RESPONSIBILITIESAssists Client Services team in day to day management of accountsPrepare reports and communication including emails, notes from client calls and action items for CS Team
Manage tasks and requests with Internet Marketing, SEOP, SEA and Web Development teams to move tasks through on behalf of the CS team
Coordinate meetings as needed with clients, Client Service Managers and Senior Management for strategic planning.Assist with updating E-business plans on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure the plan is being carried out accordingly.Assist in proofreading all reports, communication, content, etc. that is delivered to the client.Coordinate internal schedules and budgets

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTSMust have at least one year of work experience in Account Management, Hotel/Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, or Guest Services.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, hotel/hospitality management, or closely related field
Excellent time management skills
Great communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a face paced, dynamic environment
Must possess strong attention to detail, as well as extraordinary customer service skills
Computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
