As the Executive Steward, the incumbent will direct the functions of the Stewarding Department including responsibility for maintenance of cleaning equipment and on time delivery of clean and sanitized equipment to requisitioning departments; responsibility for the cleanliness of all back of the house areas while managing operational costs. The Executive Steward will also ensure cleanliness of all food and beverage areas; and control the use, movement and storage of hazardous cleaning chemicals and compressed gasses. Lastly, the Executive Steward will ensure ARAMARK's HAACCP program is adhered to by verifying and recording that critical control points are monitored daily.Requirements include 2 years minimum supervisory experience in a related field and the following:
Sanitation and HAACCP knowledge.
Leadership skills.
Organization skills.
Ability to complete projects within deadlines.
Ability to utilize MS Office software.
Ability to lift 50 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects up to 25 pounds.
