APARTMENT - AREA MANAGER

SEASONED AREA MANAGER - Multi-Site

PRIME GROUP, a west coast based owner and manager of apartment communities seeks well qualified AREA MANAGER to oversee GROWING AZ portfolio of apartment communities. The AREA MANAGER will report directly to the Regional Asset Manager and office in Tucson, AZ. The AREA MANAGER is responsible for the financial performance of a portfolio of assets, training and developing on-site personnel, budgets, due diligence and other duties as assigned by the Regional Asset Manager. In addition the AREA MANAGER must set a professional tone at all times for on-site associates and interact with owners, company support personnel and vendors.

Prior multiple site (1,200 units/3-4 assets) experience required ; Yardi or similar software experience

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years experience in multi-site portfolio management
YARDI proficiency or similar on-site software program
Operational pro with exceptional people skills and desire to develop on-site personnel to their maximum potential
Sound financial skillset including budgets and forecasts
High energy, dedicated to excellent customer service
Professional demeanor and ability to set a leadership example
Flexible team player that demonstrates sound judgment
Desire for career growth
PRIOR MULTI-SITE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Must be able to pass background/drug testing E.O.E.
