Position: WELLNESS NURSE

In this exciting role, you will monitor the health and wellness of residents, you will perform medication passes, conduct assessments, coordinate services with outside care providers and work closely with frontline staff.

This role requires a current RN licensure, at least 3 years of experience and affinity for working with the senior population. Some weekends or evenings may be required.
