Warehouse Lead

I. SUMMARY
Responsible for assuming warehouse operations and responsibilities as necessary per Location Manager’s delegation and needs.
II. JOB FUNCTIONS
A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains Joint Commission requirements in the warehouse
Maintains clean and safe environment
Answers service and delivery questions from patients and attempts to trouble shoot equipment service problems over the phone
Assists with delivery and service runs on an as-needed basis only.
Orders and receives equipment, B-Connect
Processes invoices per company policy
Prepositions equipment for next days runs
Prepares orders, receives and checks weekly oxygen order

B. Other Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains Vehicle maintenance in-accordance-with Rotech requirements and GE fleet
Maintains equipment per policy and manufacturers’ specifications
Maintains equipment maintenance records
Cleans equipment and repairs as necessary
Performs other duties as required.

A. Education and Experience
High School graduate or equivalent.
1 year general warehouse and inventory management experience.

B. Certifications, License, Registrations
Location Quality Control Unit
CDL and HAZMAT preferred

C. Communication Skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills

D. Analytical Skills
Scheduling
Filing

E. Physical Demands
Ability to bend and lift in excess of 50 pounds.

F. Machines, Equipment and Technical Abilities
Ability to troubleshoot, repair and train others on all types of equipment.

V. DEPARTMENTAL INTERACTION
Interacts with all other departments including but not limited to Location Manager, Customer Service, Clinicians and act as a liaison between the Patient Service Technicians and other departments.
