Trainer
Coordinates the administration, direction and delivery of centralized programs for the orientation, education and training of all Company employees. Conduct training sessions. Maintains a thorough knowledge of Company policies and procedures. Manages the expenditure of training funds. Investigate and recommend effective training methods and procedures. Develop, locate, and/or deliver training programs to enhance knowledge and skills required to optimize individual and Company performance. Provide managers and supervisors the assistance needed to implement effective managerial, supervisory and motivational techniques in their areas. Serve as the in-house representative for the Center for Training. Work as a catalyst for Supervisors and Managers to assist employees in developing their individual skills and talents for current job duties and in preparation for future assignments. Maintain records on all training provided. Track the progress and performance of those involved in the training process. Disseminate information on available training courses and encourage attendance by appropriate individuals. Coordinate the use of the training room. Takes responsibility for training equipment and materials. Recommend any needed upgrades, new technology, etc. May oversee the work of training support personnel that are assigned to the function. Other duties as assigned.Trainer II, X21 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 2 plus years of directly related experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of training practices, principles, applications, methods and laws as they pertain to training. Must have good communication skills.Trainer III, X22 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 4 plus years of directly related experience. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus extensive of other related fields. Extensive knowledge of training practices, principles, applications, methods and laws as they pertain to training. Must have good communication, employee relations, and supervisory skills.Prefer 2+ years experience in teaching adult learners
Requires a working knowledge of the CLCS and Shaw Loan Systems, as well as how the loan process works
Requires the ability to assess training needs and take that assessment to design training material
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
