Recruiting Associate
Hoffman Recruiters presently seeks a Recruiting Associate to work with our HRconsulting team. This individual will provide any and all support for the development, execution and completion of search assignments and informational support for new business development efforts of Consultants.Dynamic environment!

Hoffman Recruiters is currently filling permanent positions (retained and contingency) in the Legal, Healthcare, Accounting / Finance, Banking, Insurance, Technology, Biotech, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Executive and Sales disciplines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute search strategy in conjunction with Consultant.
oTarget Company lists.
oDatabase retrieval of relevant prior searches, candidate prospects, and industry sources.
oIdentification of prospective candidates in targeted companies not previously identified.
oUse of external and internal databases, online resources and library resources for gathering data on potential candidates/sources, general industry information, and relevant target company data.
Execute source and prospect calls from names generated during basic research phase, as well as new sources and prospects developed during the course of calling. Provide source/prospects with an understanding of assignment and elicit information on likely candidates, additional sources, state of industry, and reputations of likely candidates in the marketplace.
Attract and pre-screen qualified candidates for search assignments. Fully debrief potential candidates about experience, education, necessary personal characteristics and full contact information. Request a written resume from candidates. Determine most qualified and appropriate candidates from all those interested, and discuss with Consultant.
Advanced functions will include:
Attendance at client meetings.
Continued contact with client throughout search process.
Drafting of all search related materials, including confirmation letters, position specification, sourcing/prospect letters, candidate presentations and reference reports.
In person interviews with candidates.
Assistance on candidate references and offer negotiations.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and dependability.
College degree required; graduate degree desirable.
Minimum of 3 years business experience.
Effective spoken and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
Experience in a fast paced, quick turn-around environment.
Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of projects simultaneously.
Ability to understand the confidential nature of the search business.
Experience working in a team environment.
Professional commitment to quality service and client satisfaction.
Strong analytic abilities.
