Technical trainer to support classes for Hz Clinical, PHS/HSM, and Interface Manager. Responsibilities include instructor led training both onsite and in the education centers as well as web based training.Position Description

Responsible for conducting classes for employees or customers regarding features and operation of software products. May test and maintain training software, documentation, and A/V presentation materials. May conduct training needs analyses and develop technical training materials. Operates under general supervision. Technical training courses and materials may deal with complex situations for multiple products. Interfaces with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Prepares lesson plans from software documentation, field requirements, and/ or or engineering documentation. Works with programmers, software engineering and technical support to ensure that course material reflects current product features. May instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. Follows up to determine applicability of course material.Minimum Requirements

4+ years technical training, field sales, product support, and/or consulting experienceAdditional Knowledge & Skills

Resource will need excellent training skills and communication skills. Other technical knowledge needed : Unix, Oracle, NT, Windows 2000, SQL 2000, and web based application (i.e. web logic). Hardware troubleshooting is a plus.Education
