ResponsibilitiesTo assist the Director of Building Services with the daily operations of the department and to maintain the efficient operation of the department in the Director's absence. High school diploma or equivalent, and minimum two years supervisory experience in Building Services or related area required. Proficiency with computers (i.e. Microsoft Office), strong communication and secretarial skills, and bilingual in Spanish/English essential. Accuracy/attention to detail required to maintain appropriate records.
