Responsible for the daily operational functions of Sterile Processing, which includes supervising the activities of the department’s personnel, educating and training of the Sterile Processing technicians, appropriate utilization of resources, and working with other departments to promote quality patient care.
REQUIREMENTS
Required:
*Surgical Tech, LPN, or Certified Sterile Processing Tech experience
*Broad knowledge of OR procedures and comprehensive knowledge of surgical instrumentation
*Strong communication skills
*Recent leadership/supervisory experience
*Strong customer service skills
*Strong organizational skills
