HealthBridge is currently seeking staff nurses for our Peabody, Massachusetts facility, a 150-bed skilled nursing facility. Peabody Glen Health Care Center is a premiere, patient first healthcare center that is a JAHCO accredited facility with a long-time, committed staff.
Conveniently located just north of Boston and directly off of Route 128 and minutes to history Peabody.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Give direct physical and psychological nursing care in emergencies, as well as in the presence of illness or disabilities in order to maintain life, provide comfort, reduce stress and enhance the resident’s ability to cope.

REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, personnel and the general public.
Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
Must possess the ability to plan, organize, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care.
Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
