This position requires the knowledge and skill of professional nursing theory and practice, leadership and management, adult teaching and learning, facilitation and team-building, continuous quality improvement, and strong communication skills,
This position ensures clinical competency skills of licensed and certified nursing staff necessary to provide quality care is maintained through orientation and ongoing in-services and workshops which meet or exceed state and federal regulatory requirements.
The successful individual should have a strong history of providing compassionate care to Long Term Care residents. The individual must be friendly, reliable, outgoing and able to multi-task and have a strong background in training & ability to monitoring performance and redirect to meet compliance is essential.CCC provides FREE continuing education offering skills training and clinical course work through nationally accredited Care2Learn’s Eagle Healthcare University.
REQUIREMENTS
