ResponsibilitiesUnder the guidance of the department head or administrator, the Staff Assistant is responsible for department-wide projects as well as general secretarial duties. High school graduate Secretarial school or some college preferred Two to three years of secretarial experience Computer proficiency with knowledge of Windows-based computer applications Must pass keyboarding test of 4500 key strokes per minute
