Sr Systems Analyst / Healthcare / J2EE

Purpose: TEKsystems is seeking to hire a Sr. Business/Systems Analyst with strong systems analysis experience in a mid-tier environment using J2EE / JSP / Java / XML with an Oracle back-end in a Unix environment.

Experience in the healthcare industry (preferably Medicare) is required.
Experience performing systems analysis work in an Oracle/Unix/J2EE mid-tier environment is essential.

Scope:
The ideal candidate must be able to help with designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting web-based applications with Oracle back-end in Unix environment, as well as writing and maintaining technical documentation. Additional tasks may include assisting Team Lead with task co-coordination and allocation.
BS degree or equivalent
Minimum of 5+ years of Web development experience using J2EE, XML, Oracle / SQL and proficiency with the following presentation-tier technologies: JSP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Must have very strong knowledge of the Spring Framework, Websphere Application Server, and WebSphere Studio Application Developer tool. Experience with Healthcare and Government contracting are a big plus.

Qualifications:

*The successful candidate must have more than 5 years of systems analyst experience in the Healthcare Industry with strong knowledge of Medicare and CMS operations.
