3-5 years experience is required

Customer service skills are required

Recent experience in the specialty area is required
Coordinate sports medicine program. Including marketing to: high school & college athletic directors & coaches, rec. leagues, public and physicians; organization and tracking of referrals; scheduling of screening appointments; communication with referring physicians regarding plan of care. Must be N.A.T.A. certified a) Develops working relationships with participating physicians and physical therapy. b) Actively markets to constituent groups identified above that are located in the surrounding areas to educate and inform them about the LIFEBRIDGE Sports Medicine Program c) Organize scheduling of patients for injury screening clinics. d) Organize and track referrals generated from injury screenings and other LIFEBRIDGE Sports Medicine Program activities. e) Assemble, edit, produce and distribute monthly LIFEBRIDGE Sports Medicine e-newsletter. f) Assist Physical Therapists with execution of exercise programs. g) Instructs and counsels patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens and health maintenance. h) Analyzes and organizes office operations regarding the Sports Medicine Program such as typing, bookkeeping, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies and other clerical services. i) Conduct continuing education seminars for LIFEBRIDGE fitness staff and membership to optimize awareness of athletic injury and prevention. j) Ability to cover for other ATC’s employed by the above mentioned physicians on the field in the event that such coverage is needed. k) Cover sporting events under the direct supervision of the attending physician. l) Meet monthly with Program Medical Director to discuss goals and direction of the program.Assists in maintaining a clean environment in the clinic/club. Assists Clinic Director in the development and presentation of lectures, clinics and athletic screening programs. Assists in coordination and maintenance of gym equipment
