Specimen Processor

Purpose: Our client, a leading reference lab, is looking for a specimen processor.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for entering specimens into the computer, spinning down blood samples and pouring samples into test tubes for further analysis. This is a fast paced work environment, so the candidate must be self directed. This person will be working for 3-4 others in the lab, Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

This lab receives 400-500 specimens a day and processes approximately 100-150 per day.

This position is scheduled to be a contract-to-hire position.
