Case Managers/ Social Caseworkers At Hudson Valley Hospital Center located in suburban, upper Westchester County, we make patient satisfaction as well as employee satisfaction our highest priority. We currently have the following opportunities; Case Managers to work Fulltime (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm), Part time/per diem weekday eve (3pm-7pm) and/or weekends (8am-4pm). Looking for a social worker with a background in case management/discharge planning or a NYS licensed RN. Social Caseworker to provide treatment for drug addiction including intake, assessment & treatment planning.
