Central Nassau Guidance & Counseling Services, Inc. is a voluntary, non-profit organization that offers a comprehensive network of community based services for people diagnosed with psychiatric disabilities, substance abuse, chemical dependencies and other mental health concerns. A dedicated and skilled staff is one of the most important resources at Central Nassau Guidance & Counseling Services, Inc. Our organization employs over 150 trained personnel throughout our program areas.

Our Residential Programs offer an array of housing alternatives for more that 128 individuals and families with histories of mental illness, substance abuse and/or homelessness. REQUIREMENTS
The Program Manager position requires a creative and dedicated self-starter with excellent team building skills. Oversight of multiple mental health residential programs with specialty services for dually-diagnosed (MICA) clients.
Requirements include familiarity with OMH part 595 regulations and some housing experience, BA in human services, 3 years of supervisory experience and experience in providing MICA services. Masters degree in human services preferred.
