The Washington/Montana Region is actively seeking professional finance and revenue cycle management staff.



We are actively seeking an experienced applicant for the position of Service Area Director, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in Walla Walla, Washington. The Director is responsible to direct, coordinate, and plan the activities of Patient Access, Financial Counseling, Health Information Management, Transcription, and Professional Fee Billing.



This position oversees the acquisition of information and data entry functions to ensure that all accounts contain comprehensive and accurate data to provide for timely billing and optimal reimbursement for services. This position ensures that all practices relating to the acquisition of information are in accordance with hospital policies/procedures and comply with State and Federal regulations. The Director is accountable for both technical and service quality, and operational and fiscal management. Performs all duties in a manner that promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence Mission. The Service Area Director-Walla Walla, WA reports to the Regional Director, Revenue Cycle Management, who is located in Renton, Washington.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have a Bachelor degree in Health Care, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Requires 5+ of experience in a health care business related field, with 3+ years of recent management or leadership experience. This position requires a strong understanding of revenue cycle management and government regulatory requirements within healthcare.
