Senior QA Analyst

Summary of Responsibilities

A Senior QA Analyst develops system test cases and executes test plans based on project requirements. The Analyst will test all aspects of client’s loan origination systems that include web and winForm based interfaces. The testing will include both quality (regression) and load testing.

Responsible for understanding requirement and analysis documents in order to create system test cases. Executes test scripts in either a manual or automated fashion according to project needs. Must understand the full SDLC, specifically how QA fits into the process. Must be able to clearly communicate with clients as well as application developers into order to successfully resolve application issues.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of Testing experience in a Software Development Lifecycle environment
• 2 years of Requirements gathering and documentation
• 2 years of Training documentation experience
• 2 years implementing New Processes within an SDLC environment
• 3+ years in a windows environment
• 2-3 years SQL scripting

Preferred Skills/Education

• 1 year Test Director
• .Net knowledge
• 2 years experience developing test metrics and Gap analysis
• Financial Services Background
• Position is paying 60K with the opportunity for a 30% bonus at year end.
