Senior Facets Analyst

Description:
Responsibilities include the management of the FACETS configuration, eligibility and provider data maintenance processes. Accountable for the integrity of all data in Facets, including client, benefits, provider/facility, member, claims etc. Responsible for cross-functional coordination and support throughout the organization for systemic, operational, provider and customer needs that interact with or are affected by FACETS. Also responsible for the implementation of ongoing FACETS development and enhancements, including new business implementations, client changes, internal change requests, Facets issue resolutions, and future release implementations. Assumes project management role for Facets related projects as needed. Maintains project complex project plans and accountable for successful implementations. Oversees and tracks testing required to ensure successful outcomes of changes or new implementations. Has dotted line relationships with IT staff as needed to achieve technical results. Responsible for the operational oversight of interfaces and dependencies between FACETS and other systems, and coordination with reporting to ensure that reporting from FACETS is accurate, timely and meets business needs. Works closely with all operational units and IT to maximize the effectiveness gained from the use of FACETS, strengthen user knowledge, address and resolve issues and identify and implement improvements. Responsible for support designated to maximize efficiency, quality, timeliness, and client, member and provider satisfaction through use of the system. Responsible for ensuring that adequate system and operational controls involving FACETS are in place as well as compliance with all regulatory requirements. Serves as back up in the absence of the Director of Facets Operations.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of complex project management experience. Requires 2 years Facets configuration experience and experience with the implementation of new claims systems. Superior analytical, communication and problem solving skills required. Requires a customer service oriented approach to all tasks. Previous health care experience required. Requires exceptional coordination and team building skills and the proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve challenging results. Requires strong proficiency in MS Office and demonstrated successful experience in large-scale system implementations and/or ongoing management as well as systems and business testing.Education:
Requires a Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
