Sales and Marketing Professional

We seek a top-notch Marketing and Sales Professional for the Sherman area. This position is responsible for all sales and marketing activities to hospitals, physicians and related healthcare entities in the designated region. Will inherit existing business in the pipeline. Responsible for creating new business as well as continuing and managing existing relationships. Other responsibilities include: providing education regarding company benefits and services to the community; serving as a liaison between the agency and its patients, physicians, and discharge planners; enhancing awareness in the community by interfacing with discharge planners; participating in community-sponsored events and expositions; staying current with regulatory changes; preparing educational materials.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of one year’s experience ( at least three years is preferred) as a sales/marketing representative preferably in a health care setting selling a service to hospitals and physicians. Must demonstrate a successful track record in sales of meeting sales goals and quotas. In addition, must have: the ability to motivate others in a positive manner; excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; well developed interpersonal and relationship building skills; the ability to organize work and schedule effectively (territory management); the ability to foster the team and continuous quality improvement concepts; a good knowledge of computers and the ability to learn new computer applications and programs quickly; a strong work ethic, the ability to work both autonomously and as a team; a positive, energetic attitude.
