Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Position Description and Requirements: AMN’s Inside Sales Representatives sell AMN’s services, assignments and programs to healthcare professionals nationwide. To excel and succeed as an AMN Inside Sales Representative, you must possess these proven qualities and skills. •3 plus years of high level energy sales (intangibles preferred) •The desire, drive and entrepreneurial skills to develop, build and maintain your book of business •No “cold calling”, you will be contacting potential travelers, who have applied with AMN, or have been referred •Proven success in sales, meeting or exceeding both personal and company quotas •Proven strong closing skills •The desire to “run your own” desk by maintaining a high level of energy, coupled with consistent production and effectiveness in placing outbound calls. Averaging 80-100 calls per day •The desire to be in a career that is challenging, fun and rewarding every day •Wanting a career that has a high level of phone interaction •Enjoy and thrive in an inside sales capacity •Competitive, energetic, and driven to succeed by educating and selling travel opportunities to our nurse travelers.
Job Title: Hospital Account Manager
Position Description and Requirements: The Hospital Account Manager's mission is to generate orders, sell AMN travelers for assignments at established AMN accounts, and to ensure the resolution of any service issues that may jeopardize the assignment completion and the continued receipt of orders. To increase AMN market share on an account-by-account basis by providing an extraordinary level of customer service for an assigned group of active client hospitals, in cooperation with the regional directors, and the accounting department, as appropriate. On a booking-by-booking basis, to sell AMN’s services to facility representatives through obtaining orders and selling AMN files on a win-win partnership basis with AMN accounts. To qualify for this exciting position, you must possess 3+ years of solid sales experience (selling of intangibles is highly desirable), and have the ability and desire to handle 75+ calls per day to and from warm and lukewarm leads. Candidates with a history of exceeding company goals and who also possess superior closing skills are encouraged to apply. Applicants must also be driven, dynamic, energetic, friendly and have excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on marketing is ideal, with 3 to 5 years experience in inside sales and customer service roles, and two years experience in a position similar to the HAM’s and/or experience as an AMN Recruiter. Professional sales training preferred.
